By using Endopath ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Endopath is a private, on-device symptom and flare tracker designed for people living with endometriosis. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Endopath is for personal tracking and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The patterns, exports, and summaries Endopath produces are records of what you logged — not clinical findings. Always speak with a qualified clinician (gynaecologist, endometriosis specialist, GP, or pain specialist) for any decision about your health. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately.
Endopath does not interpret pain scores, predict flares, or recommend treatment.
You agree to use Endopath only for lawful purposes, in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any decisions you make based on what you log.
Endopath offers optional Pro features via in-app purchase, processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to those platforms' policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, João Vicente Muniz Campos's liability for any claim arising from your use of Endopath is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (or $20 if you've paid us nothing). We are not liable for any clinical decision made on the basis of the app's content.
We may terminate or restrict your access to Endopath if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it — your local data will be removed with it.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. João Vicente Muniz Campos is based in New South Wales, Australia.
